    Common sense would be that this was done. If not, it would be yet another bumbling on the part of prosecution. It appears that some of the evidence photos might be the grandparent's shed. It is known that only 25c ammo can only be used on 25c gun. The shed pics, I only spotted 22 c ammo. There was no ammo at Travis's home & anyone that knows anything about guns, knows you don't keep a gun around w/out spare ammo. So hopefully that evidence comes out. If so, & shells match, that would be very damning for the defense.

    They showed a video of Travis shooting a friends weapon. That same friend said if TA would have purchase a weapon, he would have wanted to take it out and spend some ammo.

    I am so sorry. I really do not have a problem with you and we have disagreed on a couple of things I think, and you have been decent to me. This comment just bothers me though. Please don't insult my intelligence. I have spent 5 yrs in college and graduated as an RN. My husband spent the better part of 9 and a half, yrs in college and has his ownGP practice in the next town over. Together we also have a family run trucking company. Just because I like to joke and carry on and be the true redneck that I am...Point being no matter your education level opinions are like assholes (hopefully not like JA's) but everyone has them.
