June 15th, 2016 Around 50 - 100 people took part in the shoot out that happened late on Wednesday. AK-47s and other similar assault rifles were used in the attack on a luxury car entrepreneur and drug dealer, Jorge Rafaat Toumani. At least 16 shots hit the dealer, 3 other people were killed, including one police officer. 5 were wounded and 7 were arrested. According to information from the Paraguayan daily ABC Color website, the attack is attributed to the "Drug Baron" Chimenes Jarvis Peacock, in partnership with the criminal organization of Brazil First Command of the Capital (PCC). Police say they are at a disadvantage to tackle the drug wars, with organised crime gangs having 200 - 300% more firepower than the police.
